2013 Cross Country Season:Ran in all six meets...scored two top ten finishes with a 9th place time of 30:43.83 at the Farm Run Invitational and a 10th place time of 22:21.63 at the Hornet Invitational.

2012 Cross Country Season: Finished fourth in the Lid Lifter with a time of 17:46 and finshed 12th in the Del. St. Open with a time of 17:02:28 and finished 40th overall in the MEAC Championship.

2011 Indoor Season: Season-best of 1:59.71 in the 800m at the Navy Invitational ... Also competed at the Albany Great Dane Classic, UMES Collegiate Invitational, Giegengack Invitational, NYU Metropolitan Coaches Invitational and UMES Coach O Invitational.

2010 Cross Country Season: Posted an 8k season-best time of 30:04.10 at the MEAC Championships, hosted by UMES ... Ran a season-best 5k time of 18:17.26 at the Delaware State Invitational.

2010 Outdoor Season: Did not compete.

2010 Indoor Season: Ran a season-best time of 2:05.08 at the UMES Coach O Invitational.
