Pat Nativio is in her ninth season overall at UMES and eighth season as head Athletic Trainer.
She oversees the day-to-day operations of medical services for all Hawks intercollegiate athletics. A native of Pittsburgh, Pa., Nativio earned a B.S. in Sports Medicine from Waynesburg (Pa.) University and an M.S. from Slippery Rock (Pa.) University.
She gained additional athletic training experiences at Grove City College and at the Greenville Orthopedic Association in Pennsylvania.
Nativio has taught at Western Michigan University in the Health and Physical Education Department, and is an approved clinical instructor for the Athletic Training program at Salisbury (Md.) University.
Nativio currently resides in Hebron, Md.
