2015 Cross Country: Participated in every race during the season ... placed in the top ten at the DSU Farm Run and Delaware State Invite ... quickest time in a 5k was a 16:55.36 at the UMES Lid Lifter ... registered a time of 26:32.6 at Princeton, his fastest 8k of the year ... placed 13th at the MEAC Championships.
2014 Cross Country: Perennial top five finisher for the Hawks ... debuted for UMES at the hometown Lid Lifter with a time of 16:46.86 to come in 4th ... followed that with another 4th place finish at the Del State Invite ... earned a pair of 3rd place finishes at the DSU Farm Run Invite (26:54.7) and the DSU XC Invitational (26:59.0) ... ran 4th at the MEAC Championships with a time of 27:13.5.
2015 Indoor Season: Competed in the distance races ... finished fifth at the Navy Invite with a season high time of 8:59.70 in the 3000 meter run ... ran 10th at MEACs at 9:15.41 in the 3000 ... also ran 10th in the 5000 at MEACs with a time of 16:13.57 ... fastest time in the 5000 was 15:48.36 at the Terrier Invitational.
2015 Outdoor Season: Primarily a 5000 meter runner ... fastest time was 16:11.42 at the Mason Invitational ... placed fifth at the Navy Invitational in March.
