2008 Indoor Season: Ran a season-best 49.59 in the 400 meters at the Penn State Open Jan. 19 ... Third leg of the 4x400-meter relay team that ran the best time of the season (3:14.13) at the Yale Giegengack Feb. 2.
2008 Outdoor Season: Ran a personal best 48.64 in the 400 ... Should improve on those times in 2009.
2008 Cross Country Season: Ran at both the Cappy Anderson Invite at UMES and the Blue Hen Classic at Delaware ... Finished in 41:41.87 in 68th place at UMES and in 44:12.88 in 87th at the Delaware meet.
