Biography
2015 Cross Country: Ran in two races during the fall ... posted a time of 25:28.66 at the Cappy Anderson Invite 5K and placed 47th at the DSU Farm Run one week later.
2016 Indoor Season: Held the fastest times in the 55 meter and 60 meter dashes ... ran the 55 at 7.23 seconds and the 60 at 7.80 seconds at the Crimson Elite... held second highest time on team in the 200 meter at 24.82 seconds at the Scarlet & White ... earned several top ten finishes along the way, capping with a third place spot at the Wesley Brown Invite in the 200 meter.
2016 Outdoor Season: Dominated in the 100 and 200 meter dashes during the spring ... won the Navy Spring Invite's 100 with a PR time of 12.07 seconds ... earned the next top pair of times in the 100 for Maryland Eastern Shore ... also took first in the 200 at Navy ... earned a top time of 24.85 seconds at Morgan to finish in ninth.
2014 Cross Country: Competed twice ... fastest time was 26:56.8 at the Delaware State Invitational.
2014 Indoor Season: Sprinter who raced in the 60 and 200 meted dashes ... fastest time was 7.74 seconds, which earned her second place at the Nelson Townsend Invite ... brought home a second top ten finish in the same event with a 25.35 second effort at the 200 meter dash ... fastest time in the 200 meter was 25.27 seconds at the Terrier Invitational ... picked up a second top ten finish in the 200 at the Coach O Invitational by finishing in sixth.
2014 Outdoor Season: Spent the spring running the 100 and 200 meter dashes ... earned a top five time of 12.09 seconds at the VertKlasse Meeting for the 100 meter ... finished fourth at the same event in the 200 with a collegiate best time of 25.08 seconds ... helped the 4x400 relay team to a fourth place finish at the MEAC Championships with a time of 3:43.29 ... that time earned qualification into the 1C4A/ECAC Championships, where the team finished third with a time of 3:41.83.
High School: Was the sophomore champion in the 100 and 200 meter dashes, and the Mayoris Cup 200m Champion...Athlete of the Year for her school in 2012.
Personal: Born June 20, 1996 in Haiti...has three sisters-Desire, Christelle and Christina...likes to get a good warm up in during pregame...mother is her biggest influence because she stays positive despite facing challenges...wants to be a lawyer after graduation...favorite saying is "Train like a slave, eat like a king"...hobbies include singing and reading romantic books like Romeo and Juliet...favorite movie is "A Walk to Remember"...personal athletic goal is to run as fast as she can and to be an NCAA champion.
