2019 Outdoor (Senior): Won Track MVP at year-end Harry's Awards ... Part of winning 4x800 relay team at Alan Connie Shamrock Invitational ... Part of third-place 4x400 relay team at Alan Connie Shamrock Invitational ... PR of 18:25.33 in the 5K at VCU Rams Invitational and Combined ... Qualified for MEACs in 1500, mile and 800M ... Won the 800M with a 2:12.26 at the Towson Invitational ... Won the 800M and 1500M at the Eastern Shore Challenge ... Part of fifth place 4x400 relay team at Eastern Shore Challenge ... Ninth at Eastern Shore XC Invite ... Fourth at Don Cathcart Invitational ... Fifth at DSU Pre-Conference Run ... Fourth at DSU Alumni XC Run ... Earned fastest time of the season 19:52.92 in 12th-place finish at MEAC Championships ... Qualified for NCAA Regional ... 

2018 Outdoor Track (Junior): Went to Princeton for the ECAC Championships in the 4x400, and headed to Greensboro for the 800m and 1500m … ranked fifth in the conference for the 1500 meter with a time of 4:41.97 at the Towson Invite and 12th in the 800 meter with a 2:12.95 at the MEAC Championship … scored points at MEAC’s in the 1500 meter and the 4x400 relay … won two individual races and helped in a relay, two of which came at the Captains Classic in April … set a personal record with a time of 27.79 seconds in the 200 dash at the Delaware Classic.

2018 Indoor Track (Junior): Enjoyed a fine winter, qualifying for three events at MEACs - the 800 meter, Mile, and 3000 meter … set personal records for five different events with a 1:21.62 (500m), 1:39.01 (600), 2:59.68 (1000), 5:09.49 (Mile) and 10:59.14 (3000) … ranked eighth in the conference for the mile, 13th for the 800, and 18th in the 3000 … won two 800 meter events, including the MEAC Championship … part of the distance medley team that finished eighth at MEACs with a time of 12:50.16.

2017 Cross Country (Junior): One of five women’s performers to compete in every race this year … Finished in the top ten in every race … Fastest time came at MEACs, when she ran a 19:02.7 to place 10th … Was the runner-up at the DSU Farm Run with a time of 20:41.4 … Added a pair of third place finishes at the DSU Pre-Conference and DSU Alumni Run … Won the Coaches Award from the track & field staff.

2017 Outdoor Track (Sophomore): Set personal records in four different events, with times of 57.83 seconds (400m), 2:10.72 (800m), 4:39.64 (1500m), and 19:18.71 (5000m) … Her PR time in the 1500 meter run earned her a third place finish at the MEAC Championships and her time in the 5K won the event at the Christopher Newport Captains’ Classic … Her specialty was once again the 800 meter run where she competed at the IC4A/ECAC Championships … Also participated in a trio of 4x400 relays, including a victory at the Captains’ Classic.

2017 Indoor Track (Sophomore): Mainly competed in the 800 meter run … Finished the season with a top time of 2:19.01 at the Villanova Open … Ran the opening leg of the distance medley relay to an eighth place finish at the MEAC Championships … Set a personal record of 5:24.11 in the mile … Earned a runner up finish in the 800 meter run at the Eastern Shore Lid-Lifter.

2016 Cross Country (Sophomore): Began her Hawk career with three consecutive top five finishes … Earned her fastest regular season time at the Cappy Anderson 5k with a time of 19:17.60 to come in fifth … Completed campaign with a season best 18:58.50 to place 10th … Also secured a fourth place spot at the DSU Farm Run and a fifth place spot at the Del State Invite.
