2005: 2005 MEAC Indoor and Outdoor shot put Champion...UMES School Record Holder in shot put indoor (56'9 ¾", Outdoor 61' 1 3/1')...Medical redshirt during the 2006 outdoor season.

Personal: Major is Aviation Science...Person who has influenced him the most is his father, Linford Kirton...Future plans include becoming a commercial airline pilot.
