Biography

2016 Cross Country: Debuted at the DSU Farm Run … best time and place was a 29:21.55, 43rd place finish at the MEAC Championships.

2017 Indoor Track: Finished in the top five in the two individual races he run, including a win in the 800 meter run … also helped in a victorious distance medley relay running.  

2017 Outdoor Track: Balanced his time between dashes, mid-distance and relays … set personal records in the 400 and 800 meter runs … came in sixth for his PR of 51.47 seconds in the 400 and placed ninth at the Virginia Grand Prix with his PR time of 1:58.14 in the 800 … took part in a winning 4x400 relay time of 3:17.19 at the Christopher Newport Captains’ Classic.
