Oct. 26, 2015 PRINCESS ANNE, Md. — HH3 has advanced to the finals of the 2nd Annual College Court Report Mascot Mayhem Challenge, presented by RabbleTV. In the Final Four, HH3 eliminated UC Irvine’s Peter the Anteater by a final vote tally of 3,112 – 2,294. This was the highest combined total of votes in a round in the contest’s brief history.

Earlier this fall, College Court Report, a website that follows college basketball, named HH3 as one of the top 64 mascots in all of college basketball. Those 64 mascots were placed into a bracket where fans voted in each round, advancing one school’s mascot over another. Well now it is down to two and HH3 is still standing and needs your votes to be named champion!

Last year HH3’s uncle Harry took home the inaugural title of the “NCAA’s Top Mascot” and HH3 hopes to follow in his path. HH3 is facing Sam the Minuteman, the mascot of University of Massachusetts who, like HH3, has been trouncing his mascot brethren the bracket voting. Sam the Minuteman was in the final four last year alongside Harry the Hawk.

The finals of the contest will coincide with the start of the college basketball season. Voting will open on Monday, October 26th and end on Saturday, November 7th, which is just six days before the start of the 2015-16 college basketball regular season.

Voting methods will remain the same for the Championship Match as HH3 looks to defend Maryland Eastern Shore’s title. Fans can take to the online polls to vote at Collegecourtreport.com or utilize the various social media platforms that College Court Report uses to cast their vote such as twitter, Facebook and Instagram.

Voting is open now through November 7th.
