WACO, Texas — For the ninth time in their first 10 games, the University of Maryland Eastern Shore men's basketball team will be playing a road game on Tuesday night (Dec. 3) as they take on the 18th ranked Baylor University Bears.
The Hawks (0-9) fell to the Fordham University Rams 66-45 on Sunday (Dec. 1). Eastern Shore struggled in the first half scoring just 15 points and could not recover in the second to overtake the Rams.
The Shore come into Tuesday's game with Baylor playing their third game in five days. Meanwhile, the Bears have not played Nov. 24 when they defeated Villanova 87-78 in the Myrtle Beach Invitational in Conway, S.C.
Tuesday's game can be heard locally on Fox Sports 960 AM WTGM and online at EasternShoreHawks.com. Pregame coverage begins with Will DeBoer on The Shore Sports Network 15 minutes prior to game time. The contest will also be broadcasted on ESPN+.
Maryland Eastern Shore returns home after their tilt with Baylor to face Clarks Summit on Sunday (Dec. 8). That game will be the Hawks' second home game of the season.
