Eastern Shore Looks For Their Third Straight Win

Hawks Get Nine Days off Following Saturday’s Game

PRINCESS ANNE, Maryland — The University of Maryland Eastern Shore men's basketball team will be looking for their third straight win on Saturday (December 11) when they host the St. Mary's College (Md.) Seahawks inside the William P. Hytche Center.

The game will tip off 30 minutes after the completion of the women's game between Hawks and UNC Greensboro. The women's contest begins at 2 p.m.

The Hawks (4-5) won their last game 102-58 on December 8 against Clarks Summit. Six players scored in double figures in that game and the team forced 26 turnovers on defense. Freshman Chace Davis led the team with 16 points, while junior Dom London followed with 15 points along with six steals.

A win on Saturday will give the Hawks their first three-game win streak in five seasons. The Shore will also be looking to get to the .500 mark for the second time this season.

The game will be broadcast on the Hawks' Facebook page Eastern Shore Hawks. The contest will also have live stats. Both links will be on the Hawks website easternshorehawks.com on the men's basketball schedule page.

Maryland Eastern Shore will have nine days away from competition following their game against St. Mary's. The team's next game will be at Charlotte on December 20.
