The Hawks (6-9, 0-3 MEAC) put together their best performance of the match in the second set with a hitting percentage of .135 with 11 kills and reducing their turnovers.Â
In the final set, UMES went on a 5-0 run while trailing 23-13 to cut the Bison's lead to six. However, the Hawks couldn't close the comeback efforts and ultimately fell to the Bison (10-5, 4-0 MEAC).Â
