LOUISVILLE, Ky. -- In what was a rematch from the NCAA Pittsburgh Regional a few weeks ago, the University of Maryland Eastern Shore bowling team looked to reverse the outcome of those match ups with a win in the second round of the 2024 ITC National Championship. 

However, the Dukes of Duquesne would eliminate the Hawks in both national tournaments this season with a 4-0 win over UMES.

Despite bowing over 200 in both the first and fourth games of the matchup, UMES saw DU scratch out wins in each of the four games to claim the win.

The loss closes out the season for the Hawks, who claimed the 2024 MEAC Championship with a win over North Carolina A&T.
