Osten finishes strong; Hawks place tenth at Irish Creek Intercollegiate

Max Osten shot an even par-71 to pace the Hawks in the first round. The Hawks used three scores of 77 shot by
Jeter Teng,
Jaden Hanson and Marcos Ramirez for a opening round team score of 302. Teng stepped up in the second round for the Hawks with a score of 72. Hansen recorded a 74 followed by a pair of 75s from Ramirez and
Andreas Roman for a Hawk total of 296 after 36-holes.

In the final round, Osten birdied three of his final four holes to shoot a 2-under 69 while finishing in a tie for 19th place. Osten was one of 12 players in the field to break 70. Teng finished the tournament with a 75 for a tie of 39
th place. Roman also finished with a final round of 75 and placed in a tie for 67
th.
Jaden Hanson recorded a final round of 78 and placed in a tie for 61st. Ramirez had a final round total of 83 and finished in a tie for 69
th place.

UMES combined for a final round team score of 297 and a three round stroke count of 895 for a tenth place finish.
