2020 (Freshman): Appeared in eight games with five starts ... Got his first hit in a Hawks uniform at Mercer on Feb. 15 ... Had a hit, RBI, stolen base and run scored against Georgetown on Feb. 26 ... Hit a 2-run homer at Mount St. Mary's on Feb. 28

High School: Played baseball and earned letters for all four years...four year starter....played basketball until his sophomore year....hitter of the year in his county....1st team junior and senior year.....Brooks Robinson all star game....won the old line league my junior rulers of high school.

Personal: Born March 29, 2001 ... son of Steve and Kim Martin ... has two brothers, Zac and Nic ... computer science major at Maryland Eastern Shore ... enjoys watching the movie Polar Express...his parents and his siblings are his greatest influence....a quote he lives by is "Good better best never let it rest until your good becomes your better and your better becomes best"....one of his favorite sports moments was playing at Camden Yards and experiencing the opportunity of of being selected for the Brooks Robinson game.....one of his pregame routines is to put his left cleat on first....Martin's goal for the season is to get wins. He wants to acknowledge that he is more than just a baseball player, and that he is a people person and approachable!
