Originally from Prince George’s County, MD, I joined the Hawk family in 2011, graduated in 2015, and planted my roots on Maryland’s Eastern Shore. I have dedicated the last eight years to educating the youth in the community. After several years of teaching high school, I completed my master’s degree in TESOL education and began to teach English to Maryland’s diverse emergent bilingual population. After several years, I have returned to the University of Maryland Eastern Shore to assist with maintaining the legacy of the University of Maryland Eastern Shore’s Cheerleading program.
