Quote from Coach Crafton
"The biggest thing Montay brings is, he's another person on our coaching staff that's been at a high level. Having played at Florida State, having coached at UNC Charlotte and having played overseas, he's seen a lot of the same things that I have seen in my career. He brings an energetic approach and a lens of being able to see how things are done at the highest level, which is an element that we are trying to continue to bring to UMES. He's a very talented player, a young coach on the rise and we're excited to have him be a part of our program."
