2017 Indoor Track: The Hawks lone high jumper for the season … qualified for the MEAC Championships, where he set a personal best distance of two meters … won three events during the season … also set a PR in the long jump of 6.07 meters.  

2017 Outdoor Track: Competed in five events at the high jump … earned his spot at MEAC’s with a third place showing of 1.97 meters at UTEP … placed sixth at MEAC’s to earn three points for the Hawks with his mark of 1.96 meters … also earned a personal record of 58.42 seconds in the 400 meter dash.

2016 Indoor Season: Main speciality was once again the high jump ... tied a PR with a 1.96 meters, which earned him a seventh place finish at the MEAC Championships ... also competed in the 400 meter dash and the long jump during the season. 

2016 Outdoor Season: Competed exclusively in the high jump during the outdoor season ... season best jump was a 1.94 meter at the VertKlasse Meeting where he was tied for third ... had five top five finishes, capping off with a tie for second at the Navy Spring Invite. 

2015 Indoor Season: Primarily competed in the high jump ... best distance was 1.96 meters, a winning distance at the Nelson Townsend Invite ... placed 10th at the MEAC Championships with a distance of 1.91 meters ... in the triple jump, placed 5th at the Nelson Townsend Invite. 

2015 Outdoor Season: Competed in the high and triple jump along with a performance in the javelin ... best distance was 1.95 meters at the Wake Forest Open ... finished 8th in the MEAC Championships in the high jump ... jumped twice in the triple jump and earned a runner up distance at the Navy Invitational ... finished 9th at MEACs in the javelin with a distance of 30.53 meters. 

High School: Competed in cross country and track at Parkside...regional champions for the Indoor Season in 2011...competed primarily in the high jump and triple jump...was regional champion in the high jump for 2013 Outdoor Track.

Personal: Born February 20, 1995 in Salisbury...son of Donelle Vanholten...aviation major at UMES...stretches and jogs to get into mindset as a pregame warmup...lists mom as his biggest influence and the reason he strives to get better...has served as a district president at his church...wants to earn a license to fly airplanes...favorite saying is "If you put God first and do it for Him, you won't fail"...hobbies include playing video games and eating pizza...favorite movie is Ninja Assassin...is multi-talented in different sports, including soccer.
