High School/Club: Participated in Varsity Track and Field all 4 years at Albert Einstein High School and Junior Varsity Volleyball in her junior year… Favorite personal sports accomplishment is beating her high school’s record for the long jump … Another favorite memory is qualifying for states in all of her final three years of high school … Her favorite team memory is winning the Down County Championships in 2016 … In the off season, she competed for the Charles County Comets in the USATF AAU, where she qualified for nationals in the 4x400 relay ...

Personal: Born on March 2, 2000 to Ana and Gregory English … Has two brothers, Xavier and Isaiah … Grew up in Washington, D.C. where she was involved in the Girls’ Education Mentoring Service, YMCA Youth and Government, and ROTC… Loves to watch VICE documentaries, the movie Avatar and the book “The Misadventures of Awkward Black Girl”  by Issa Rae… Wants to jump a 19 in the long jump and eventually move on to competing in the NCAA Championships … Likes to remember to say her prayers before meets and would like to go to dental school and pursue a career in dentistry after graduation ...
