Biography

2017 (Senior): Completed her Hawk career as the school's all-time leader in blocks with 327 ... named Captain for the second straight season ... finished second on the team behind Mere Serea with 0.73 blocks per set ... returned from an injury on September 8th, where she recorded seven kills, five block assists, three digs and two aces against USC Upstate ... earned a career high three aces against Norfolk State on October 6th and a season high 11 kills versus Delaware State with a .600 attack percentage October 20th ... fourth on the team in attack percentage with a .295 and tied for fourth in kills per set. 

2016 (Junior): Captain for the team ... competed in 33 sets before a leg injury sidelined her for the year ... mainly played as an outside hitter, producing 55 kills (1.67 per set), 24 digs (0.73 per set), 19 blocks (0.58 per set), and three aces ... started out season with a perfect 8-for-8 in kills against Alabama A&M ... recorded a season high nine kills and added a solo block in the win over Jackson State. 

2015 (Sophomore): Served as the Hawks' primary middle blocker all season long ...named to the 2015 All-MEAC Second Team for her efforts ... was third on the team in kills with 187 and second in kill percentage, converting 26.9% of her attacks ... was even more impressive as a blocker, average 1.18 per set with 122 total participations ... 14 of that total were counted as solos ... also added 33 digs and eight assists on the season ... one of the finest performances as an offensive player came against Manhattan when she converted nine kills and eight blocks with a 35% kill percentage. 

2014 (Freshman): Was an offensive presence for the Hawks as a freshman ... served as the team's premier blocker with a team high 111 blocks and 18 solo blocks ... successfully blocked nine attacks against Norfolk State on Nov. 7th ... finished fourth in kills with 160 and led the team in kill percentage at .266 ... had a season high 12 kills versus North Carolina A&T on Sept. 12 ... also assisted on the serve and defense, with seven aces and 19 digs ... served up two aces twice, most recently against Delaware State on Oct. 19th.

High School/Club: Played three seasons of varsity volleyball ... finished her career with 1,044 assists, 518 digs, 373 kills, and a 35.7-percent hitting percentage ... won 18-5A Most Valuable Player (MVP) ... named Offensive Most Valuable Player (MVP) twice (2012 & 2013) ... selected to the 18-5A Academic All-District Team twice (2012 & 2013) ... voted 2011-12 Best Newcomer ... named to the 2011 18-5A First Team All-District ... guided the club to four straight district titles (2010-2014) ... played for the Southwest Juniors Volleyball Club ... member of the student council.
