Bianca Collins was named the Assistant Athletics Director of Student Success at the University of Maryland Eastern Shore in April of 2025.
Collins previously served as Director of Student Success at Central State University. In three seasons at CSU, Collins helped develop protocols and guidance for student-athletes to thrive in the classroom and the community. She also served as the advisor for the Student Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC).Â
Prior to CSU, Bianca has served as the Coordinator of Game Day and Internal Operations at Philander Smith College from 2016 to 2019.Â
Bianca has also served as the Coordinator for Women's Basketball Operations at Tulane University in New Orleans, Louisiana during the 2019-2020 season.
Bianca also has Residential Life experience, serving as a Area Coordinator and COVID-Response Operations Director at the College of St. Scholastica during the 2021-2022 academic year.
Collins is 2016 graduate of Philander Smith College with a bachelors degree in Psychology. She earned her Master's in Higher Education/Student Affairs from Arkansas Tech University in 2018.
