PHILADELPHIA, PA. - Sophomore Yael Rozner (Haifa, Israel/Kiriat Haim H.S.) was named to the 2006 LaSalle Invitational All-Tournament Team on Saturday, Sept. 2. Rozner, who posted double-doubles in three of UMES' four matches, was selected by participating coaches to be on the all-tournament squad.

The setter had five kills with a .308 attacking percentage to go along with 19 assists and 13 digs in the loss to Rider on Sept. 1. Rozner tallied 43 assists, 13 digs and three service aces in the match against Bucknell and contributed 36 assists, 17 digs and six kills versus LaSalle on Sept. 2.

Joining Rozner on the all-star unit is Kristen Sydlowski (Bucknell), Christa Dominick (LaSalle), Caitlin Connor (LaSalle), Megan Smith (Rider), and Paula Parker (UNC-Wilmington).

UMES (3-5) returns to action this Friday and Saturday, Sept. 8-9 at the Marist Invitational.
