PRINCESS ANNE, Md. -- Due to potential weather hazards from Hurricane Irene predicted in the area during the weekend, Hampton University announced that they will be cancelling the Tiny Laster Invitational. All four matches that UMES was set to compete in will not be held.

The Hawks will begin their season with the South Florida Invitational in Tampa on Friday, September 2nd with a match against MEAC opponent Bethune-Cookman at 2:00 p.m.
