2015-2016 Season Ticket Brochure

PRINCESS ANNE, Md. - Hawk basketball season tickets are now on sale for the 2015-2016 season. For just $125.00, fans can see all 11 men's and 16 women's home games this season. That is 27 games for less than $5.00 per contest, which includes Homecoming on February 20, 2016.

Coming off of the heels of the best women's basketball season in school history and the best men's season in over four decades, Hawk Pride is alive and well in Princess Anne and there is no better time to show your support for Hawk Nation!

This year, UMES has added new plans to the mix, allowing fans the best experiences possible. The standard season ticket cost has held steady at $125.00, which includes admission to all 27 games of men's and women's basketball and a reserved chair-back seat, complete with your name, showing everyone you support the Hawks.

New this year are the a la carte items, which include the following options: For just $50.00 more, $175.00 total, fans can add the Hawk's Nest Hospitality, where they can enjoy a catered meal every game in the soon to be newly renovated VIP lounge. For an additional $50.00, Hawk season ticket holders can add the 2016 MEAC Championship pass to their ticket, getting over a 60% discount off of the standard price!

But even more exciting is the addition of court-side seating. Fans can now join the Courtside Club. The most prideful Hawk fans can enjoy the game in comfort and up close to the action in their own executive chair! Sit on the sideline or baseline, get Hawk's Nest Hospitality all season long and a complimentary 2016 MEAC Championship pass for just $500.00! The pass also includes a Courtside Club gift, a free snack, drink and half-time stats, all delivered to your seat each game! This is the place to be for each dunk, three-point shot and Hawks' victory this season. Courtside Club members will also be invited to one of a kind pre-game chalk-talks and meet & greets with the team and coaches!

Of course fans who buy season tickets and can't make every game can donate their tickets to area children, seniors, military or first responders by letting the UMES ticket office know in advance.

Ticket brochures are in the mail now, can be printed online at umeshawks.com or purchased online at umestickets.com. Single date tickets are also on sale at $5.00 per game or $10.00 per double header.

The slate for the men this year includes the Hawks three non-conference games against Fairfield, Saint Francis (PA) and Central Penn. Also included are strong Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference (MEAC) matchups, including games against Delaware State, Coppin State, Morgan State and Howard, plus the Homecoming game against South Carolina State, which retails individually for $25.00.

"I am excited to get back to work," said reigning Ben Jobe National Coach of the Year, Bobby Collins. "We think we set the foundation last season and now are excited to start building upon it this season!"

The women's team will host some huge non-conference match-ups this season, including last year's Final Four team, the University of Maryland on December 20, National Power Old Dominion on December 22nd and will open their season in Princess Anne with Georgetown.

Last year, the best ever for the Lady Hawks which featured a MEAC Championship finals appearance, will be a test with such strong opponents coming to Princess Anne. "We usually play well at home," said head coach Fred Batchelor. "The crowds are great here and we expect more of the same and hope to fill The Hytche for this home slate as every game is important for our confidence and our seeding."

Again this year is a special deal for fans who attend the MEAC Tournament, held again this season in Norfolk, Va. in March. Fans who purchase a season ticket to UMES can add a single MEAC Tournament Ticket book, good for every game of the event, for just $50.00!

Those who want to only purchase the MEAC Tournament Tickets can do that as well. The cost is 80.00 before January 1, 2016 and 93.00 after that date.
