Hawk Basketball season tickets are an even better value in the 2018-19 season

Eastern Shore Basketball ticket packages are on sale now!

PRINCESS ANNE, Maryland — Basketball season tickets for the University of Maryland Eastern Shore — now on sale and with more home games — are an even bigger value for the 2018-19 campaign. Fans can get admission to 25 Hawk games for as little as $150 this season, including nine doubleheaders and seven single games!

This year, the season kicks off in Salisbury, Maryland as the Hawks host Eastern Shore rival Salisbury University in women's and men's basketball action. The game will be played at the Wicomico Youth and Civic Center as part of an initiative to generate financial support for area youth basketball. The Hawks will serve as the home team for both exhibitions and season ticket holders will be admitted at no additional cost.

This year season tickets are just $150 for the whole year, a savings of $65 off of face value.  Faculty and staff season tickets are just $100 for a huge savings of more than $100.

For just $50 more, season ticket holders can add a hospitality and parking pass to their ticket, which includes a meal at every regular season game and preferred parking.

Courtside seats, which sold out again last season, are just 500 for the year and include access to the Courtside Club, which includes front row seats, complimentary game programs, free parking near The Hytche Center, access to in-game hospitality, a free Hawk Basketball gift and one MEAC Basketball Tournament ticket!  Faculty and staff can get the same ticket for just $400.

As a thank you for their support, all season ticket holders can purchase MEAC Basketball Tournament tickets at $50, half of the cost for non-season ticket holders.

As always, season ticket packages include a ticket to Homecoming.  This year, the annual reunion will feature the Hawks against Coppin State University on Feb. 16.

"We want everyone to experience the excitement that is basketball on The Shore," said Director of Athletics Keith Davidson. "There is a great brand of basketball being played here in Princess Anne, and we hope our alumni, friends, fans and community will take the initiative to come out this season and support Eastern Shore Athletics."

Maryland Eastern Shore season tickets help all the Hawk teams, not just basketball, so buying a season ticket gives back; and helps to facilitate the Division I athletic department's 15 intercollegiate teams that use no state dollars to operate.

Hawk fans who buy season tickets and can't make every game can donate their tickets to area children, seniors, military or first responders by letting the Hawk ticket office know in advance.

The program is designed to help alumni who want to give back to the University as well as being able to help the Eastern Shore community.

Season tickets are on sale now at www.umestickets.com. Fans can print an order form online at www.easternshorehawks.com or call 410-651-6499 to have one mailed directly, but order forms will not be mass mailed this year.  Single date tickets are also on sale at $10 per game or $15 per double header date (excluding Homecoming).
