University of Maryland Eastern Shore senior guard Ashanti Lynch has been named to BOXTOROW's Division I Second Team HBCU All-American team.
Through the 2025-26 season, Lynch earned additional all-conference honors as she was selected to the All-MEAC Defensive Team and the All-MEAC First Team.Â
In her final year at UMES, Lynch scored 392 total points (12.6 average) while pulling down 173 total rebounds (5.6 average). She played in all 31 games for the Hawks, starting 28 while adding 46 assists and 57 steals.
She set a season- and career-high for points with 28 in a win against Coppin Stater on January, 15, while recording a double-double and setting a career-best mark for rebounds in a game with 15. She also set a career-best mark for steals in a game with seven in a Homecoming win against Cheyney on November, 8.
A Preseason 2nd Team All-MEAC selection, Lynch earned MEAC Player of the Week twice and earned MEAC Defensive Player of the Week once.
