Cedric Jenkins begins his twelfth season as an assistant coach at Maryland Eastern Shore.

He is responsible for game preparation and student-athlete development among other duties.

Jenkins graduated from Maryland Eastern Shore in 1993 with a B.S. Degree in Business Administration. He was a two-year letterwinner with the Fighting Hawks basketball team and was named the team's Most Improved Player during his first season in Princess Anne.

As a freshman at Camden County College (Blackwood, N.J.), Jenkins helped the team to a 32-0 record. The Cougars were back-to-back Region XIX Champions during his two seasons.

Jenkins, originally from Washington D.C., now resides in Salisbury, Md., with his wife Alethia, his two sons, Jalen and Xavier, and his two daughters, Aaliyah and Maya.
