Excited to play volleyball at an HBCU because, “As a Latina, I’m super excited and proud to be playing volleyball at an HBCU. It’s a really unique experience to be part of a school that’s so full of culture, pride, and history. The moment I walked into campus on my visit, I knew UMES was where I belonged. I can't wait to share my culture while also learning from others around me. It means a lot to be part of a team and a school that values diversity and gives space for different voices and stories.”
