PRINCESS ANNE, Md. -- UMES is set for the second installment of the "Coaches Corner" for Thursday, December 2nd from 7:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Peaky's Restaurant in Princess Anne and on Timeless Classics WGOP 540 AM.
Men's basketball coach Frankie Allen and guard Hillary Haley will start the show at 7:00 p.m. They will discuss the men's recent victory over Navy for the second straight year, plus the upcoming matchup with rival Delaware State on Saturday.
At 7:30 p.m., women's basketball associate head coach Revonda Whitley and a player to be named later will come on to discuss the previous game against Syracuse and the upcoming matchups against Long Island and Manhattan.
The show will be hosted by UMES radio broadcasters Bret Lasky and Dave Vatz at Peaky's, located 30361 Mount Vernon Road in Princess Anne, just down the road from the UMES campus.
The show will be on Timeless Classics WGOP 540 AM and 100.7 FM, the home for Hawks women's basketball. For those not in the area, it can be accessed online on www.allinbroadcasting.com.
