DOVER, Delaware - The University of Maryland Eastern Shore will compete in the Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference (MEAC) Men's and Women's Cross Country Championships on Saturday at the Delaware State Outreach & Research Center in Smyrna, Delaware.

The championship races will begin with the Men's 8K race at 11:00 am followed by the Women's 5K race at 12:00 pm. The top 15 runners from each race will earn All-MEAC team accolades.

The MEAC Cross Country Championship races will broadcast on ESPN+. The broadcast will be the first for the MEAC Cross Country Championship in conference history.

The 2024 MEAC Cross Country Championships are free and open to the public. The Delaware State Outreach & Research Center is located at 884 Smyrna Leipsic Road.
