COMMENTS FROM HAWK HEAD COACHÂ MALIKAH WILLIS
"I think we played hard. I knew we were going to do that. We came out and jumped all over them. They came back and gave us their best shot, and that second quarter kind of hurt us a lot."
"We expected to be in a dog fight and expected to be in the game the whole time. We expect to be in every game we play because we do play hard, we can get to the basket, we can score, which we were not doing a lot tonight. The ball wasn't falling. But our expectation and reality is to always be right there."
"We've got to bounce back, watch a lot of film and share the ball a little more. We had 13 assists, 32 paint points, 12 offensive rebounds and nine steals. We still have a lot to put in, but we're looking forward to upping the intensity."
