PRINCESS ANNE, Maryland — The 2020 baseball season is upon us and the University of Maryland Eastern Shore has made tickets available for the upcoming spring. Games will be played at Arthur W. Perdue Stadium, in Salisbury, MD, home of the Delmarva Shorebirds.
Tickets are $6 per day and $75 for the season, but will also be available for purchase on game days. Purchasing a season ticket offers a $45 discount off face value and includes a complimentary game program for each season ticket holder. During all contests, concessions will be available on the lower level concourse and the Eastern Shore Baseball Hall of Fame will be open for select games. Season Tickets are on sale now

There are 20 dates where the Hawks will play on Delmarva, most of them in March. Game times range from noon to 3 p.m. A full schedule can be found online at www.easternshorehawks.com or by clicking

Built in 1996, Perdue Stadium can seat 6,000 for baseball contests. This is the third season the Hawks are calling the park home while renovations continue at their on-campus facility. The Shorebirds also hosted the Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference (MEAC) Baseball Championships from 2015-17. Delmarva was named the 2019 Minor League Baseball Team of the Year.
The Hawks open their home season in February with a four-game stand over three days against the University at Albany. The home slate opens on Friday the 21 at 2:00 p.m. The Hawks host their only scheduled double header on Saturday the 22
nd with games at 11 a.m. and 2 p.m. The series concludes on the 23
rd with an 11:00 a.m. start.
In addition, the Hawks host regional rivals Georgetown, UMBC, Navy and Monmouth as well as a three-game set with St. Bonaventure in March. They host a conference slate that includes Norfolk State, North Carolina A&T State and Bethune-Cookman.
