PRINCESS ANNE, Maryland – The University of Maryland Eastern Shore is back at it this weekend (April 15 & 16) with a road trip to Norfolk State University to compete in the Norfolk State Invitational.
Last competing in a small meet at Delaware State University, the Del State Sting, the Hawks will have more competition with 14 schools attending the event that hasn't been held since 2016. Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference rivals Coppin State, Delaware State, Howard, Morgan State, North Carolina Central and Norfolk State will all be participating in the event.
The meet starts off with multies events starting in the afternoon on Friday and will conclude on Saturday with the men's 4x400.
Entry to the Invitational is free for all fans and results will be posted shortly after each event
