Alysa Davis places twelfth; Hawks finish in seventh place at Stonehill Invite
KINGSTON, New York - As the fall season winds down, the University of Maryland Eastern Shore women's golf team wrapped up their fourth tournament of the year with the Hawks finishing in seventh place while sophomore
Alysa Davis led UMES with a 12th place finish in individual play.
As a team, the Hawks combined for scores of 311 and 304 for a 36-hole total of 615. Davis opened play on Monday with a 75 followed by a 76 on Tuesday to finish near the top of the 52-play field.
Bushra Fatima was in eightenth place with back to back rounds of 77.
Tinyan Liu also posted rounds in the 70s with scores of 79 and 76.
Sydney Raines finished with scores of 80 and 76.
Pearl Omaruaye bounced back after a first round of 83 with a 76 on Tuesday. Playing as an individual,
Charlene Pak carded rounds of 82 and 75.
Merrimack won the team title with a total score of 590. Abbey Baker placed first in individual play with two rounds of 70.
