Hawks Hall of Fame
Aiken served on and led numerous committees that helped to move the university and Hawk Athletics forward; was the speaker at several commencements, and Hall of Excellence and Hall of Fame ceremonies. She was an Eastern Shore athletics historian for 40 years and was responsible for the Maryland Eastern Shore Hall of Fame atrium design. She also served as a member of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority and was a lifetime member of the UMES National Alumni Association and a member of the university's class of 1985. She also served as Director of Alumni Affairs for Athletics in the early 2000s and worked in Sports Information Office in the mid-80s. She will be inducted posthumously.
